Is all of the equipment I need for the class included?
Yes, all equipment is included from knives to ingredients.
How long does the cooking class take?
Each class takes approximately two hours with 1.5 hours for instruction and cooking and half an hour for enjoying your food!
Is alcohol available?
If the class lists a wine pairing then that is included with the purchase price of the ticket. If not, we have wine and sparkling wine available for purchase that those 21 years and older can consume during the event.
Is the ticket for one person?
Yes.
Are children allowed?
Yes.
Can I switch classes?
Yes, if you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to Toscana Market.
Can I get a refund if I don't attend the class?
If you are absent from the class you have a ticket for, we will issue a credit/promo code for 80% of the value of the ticket.
Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes, We can substitute ingredients according to dietary restrictions.
